Marco Grassia
Assistant Professor
Works at the intersection of network science and machine learning: graph
neural networks, network dismantling and robustness, and learning-assisted
combinatorial optimisation. Holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the
University of Catania (2022), with a thesis on tackling NP-hard graph
problems through geometric deep learning, and was a visiting researcher at
the Center for Complex Network Intelligence, Tsinghua University, in 2025.
